At EFAM Air, our work has always been rooted in improving environmentsm whether that’s through better indoor air quality or safer, healthier buildings. But for us, creating better environments goes far beyond ventilation systems. It’s about people, communities, and the opportunities that help them thrive.
That’s why our ongoing partnership with the Palace for Life Foundation is something we’re incredibly proud of.
The Palace for Life Foundation plays a vital role across South London, delivering programmes that support young people from all backgrounds. Their work spans education, sport, mentoring, and personal development, all designed to give individuals the tools, confidence, and support they need to build brighter futures.
One initiative particularly close to our hearts is the Premier League Kicks programme in Croydon, which provides free football sessions for young people aged 8–14. These sessions aren’t just about sport. They create safe, inclusive spaces where young people can build friendships, develop confidence, and stay engaged in positive activities.
Seeing these sessions in action, really brings the impact to life. The energy, the engagement, and the sense of belonging are clear to see. It’s not just about what happens on the pitch, but the wider influence these programmes have on young lives.
As the official ventilation partner of Crystal Palace FC, our relationship with the club naturally extends into the community through the Foundation. But this isn’t a box-ticking exercise it’s a genuine commitment to supporting the areas we operate in.
At EFAM Air, we work extensively across social housing and residential environments, where we see first-hand the importance of safe, healthy living conditions. Many of the communities we serve overlap with those supported by the Foundation, which makes this partnership even more meaningful.
It’s about aligning what we do commercially with the difference we want to make socially.
Programmes like Premier League Kicks are proven to have a lasting impact helping reduce anti-social behaviour, improving wellbeing, and opening pathways into education, training, and employment.
For EFAM Air, supporting these initiatives is part of a wider commitment to social value. Whether it’s through community partnerships, local engagement, or creating employment pathways within our own business, we’re focused on contributing positively wherever we can.
We’re excited to continue building on this relationship with the Palace for Life Foundation and exploring new ways to support their work across South London.
Because ultimately, improving environments isn’t just about buildings; it’s about the people inside them.
And if we can play even a small role in helping create safer, healthier, and more opportunity-driven communities, then that’s something worth investing in.
