Upload a photo January 3, 2025 [Community](https://blog.efamair.com/blog/tag/community) Sydenham-based ventilation specialists EFAM Air, proud partners of Crystal Palace F.C., have teamed up with Palace for Life Foundation to support an exciting new initiative: Premier League Kicks sessions for girls aged 8-14 in Croydon. This collaboration aims to provide free, weekly football sessions, creating opportunities for girls in the local area to engage in sports and hone their skills. Premier League Kicks is a cornerstone programme of the Palace for Life Foundation, delivering free football and multi-sport activities to young people aged 8-18 throughout the year. Having celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2022, the initiative continues to grow its impact, with EFAM Air’s support helping to expand its reach and inspire even more young players in the community. **Josh Jackson, at EFAM Air said:** *‘‘EFAM Air are proud to partner with Palace for Life. We want to give as many people as possible the right tools to succeed in life. As a company, we provide healthy living spaces for thousands of people in social housing across the UK. So, when the opportunity arose to connect with the foundation to provide a chance for young people to engage in sport and healthy living, we were delighted to get involved.’’* The new session, dedicated exclusively to girls aged 8-14, will take place every Tuesday from 16:00 to 17:00 at Waddon Leisure Centre in Croydon. EFAM Air has been providing home ventilation solutions for the south London community for over 25 years and became a partner of Crystal Palace in August 2024 with the aim of supporting the club and Foundation with their goals over the next two years. **Tash Stephens, Head of Fundraising and Communications at Palace for Life said:** *“We’re really glad to have EFAM Air on board as a new local delivery partner to expand our Premier League Kicks programme. This partnership allows us to create more opportunities for young girls to enjoy and engage with football whilst breaking down barriers to access a safe space where girls can develop their skills and stay active.
