With a wealth of experience in the Ductwork and Ventilation industry EFAM are a tried and trusted resource to many organisations.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is the maintenance that is performed purposely and regularly to keep the structure and fabric, facilities, plant and equipment of a building in satisfactory operating condition. This is achieved by providing for systematic inspection, detection and correction of failures, either before they occur, where actually present or before they develop into major defects. PPM also helps to identify the point at which such items can reasonably be deemed to have reached the end of their economic lives, such that replacement or renewal may be necessary.

EFAM Air have considerable experience in delivering service & maintenance contracts and we understand that a major key to success is the ability to meet the differing needs and expectations of the client, the team and residents. We have a key team who are widely experienced in delivery of PPM projects, where there are very exacting requirements to work both in accordance with employers’ requirements and taking into account neighbouring residents.

EFAM will create a PPM plan of works based on geographical locations. All PPM will be carried out within a 6-month period with reports and CCTV reports issued within two weeks of completion.

EFAM are proud to be Nuaire approved contractors, with a close trusted working relationship we are authorised to carry out warranty works on Nuaire equipment. EFAM Air technicians are I.A.Q (Indoor Air Quality) Qualified – Trained to BSEN 15780 & TR19, CITB NI 14208, LPS 2084 Ductwork hygiene Guidelines.
